At Noboa Wagyyu we have developed an “all-terrain” breed of cattle. We are proud to say that our Wagyu have passed a broad array of tests, and we are talking about a breed that has been adapted to various climate zones, like hot and dry, humid, high-altitude, and other “extremes” of natural selection. It is in this manner we have developed a selection model based on the theories described in Dr. Charles Darwin famous scientific work, On The Origin of Species, which was actually partly inspired by his travels in Ecuador.
